Abhishek Kapoor may be embroiled in many controversies on the professional front. But as they say, nothing is more rejoicing than the news of becoming a parent! And for Abhishek and his wife Pragya, they would be sharing this happiness for the second time. And not surprisingly, the doting father couldn’t help but post about this good news on social media.

After delivering a baby boy in November 2015, Abhishek Kapoor and his Swedish-Indian Pragya are all set to turn parents yet again. Sharing about this good news on his Instagram page, he posted a picture of his wife flaunting her baby bump. He also wrote on the post saying, “This beautiful woman is set to bring in another bundle of joy into our lives..September couldnt come sooner..” Yes it is indeed a happy time at the Kapoor household this time!

On the work front, Abhishek Kapoor is busy with Kedarnath. He was recently in news for the film being delayed. The schedule of the film was supposed to be getting delayed because of reports have it that Kapoor had creative differences with the director. However, these issues were sorted when Ronnie Screwvala came on board as a solo producer.

But the problems continued! Just a day ago there were many more media reports claiming that Abhishek’s banner Guy In The Sky Productions has allegedly dragged the leading lady of Kedarnath, Sara Ali Khan to court. The reason is said to be that the actress allotted her dates which were supposed to be given for her debut film, to another film.

Sanjay Dutt’s heartfelt memoir on father Sunil Dutt’s death anniversary is emotions at its best

Sanjay Dutt may be gearing up to see his life played on the big screen in the upcoming film Sanju, but the actor who was released from prison a while back is enjoying himself as a free man. Today on the death anniversary of his father Sunil Dutt, Sanjay took to the social networking platform Instagram sharing an emotion filled heart touching message in remembrance of his dad.

Posting a throwback image that Dutt and his father shared, Sanjay posted a black and white image saying, “Wish you could see me as a free man. Love you… Miss you”. The emotional post struck a chord not only with Sanjay Dutt’s fans but people across the globe for its heart-breaking content. For the uninitiated, Sunil Dutt who breathed his last on May 25, 2005, a year before his son Sanjay Dutt completed his jail term and was released as a free man.

Back on the work front, Sanjay Dutt will next be seen in the film Torbaaz which he is currently shooting for. Following this, the actor will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Kalank.

The biopic depicts the various stages of Sanjay Dutt’s life, the teaser of which has already piqued the interests of the audience.Sanju showcases the highs and lows of Sanjay Dutt’s life-giving an insight into the unbelievable story of the actor. The teaser has garnered immense appreciation for the apt portrayal of Sanjay Dutt’s life. While Ranbir Kapoor is being showered with praises for his amazing transformation into each phase of Sanjay Dutt’s life, Rajkumar Hirani is hailed for his realistic portrayal.

Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film will also star an ensemble cast in addition to Ranbir Kapoor which includes Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor and Dia Mirza amongst others. Produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios, Sanju is all set to be released on June 29, 2018.

Abhishek is returning to movies after two years with Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyan. While talking about this break he said that none of the scripts interested him so he did not take it up. The break was not planned and he is happy to return with something he actually cares about. He has also spoke about naysayers and his critics. According to Abhi, it is best to look at the positive side of things and not get bogged down looking only at the flipside of life.

Boney Kapoor on accepting Sridevi's death and trying to be both mother and father to Janhvi and Khushi

Boney Kapoor is a broken man and the reason is too obvious. He lost his wife Sridevi who also was the love of his life about two months ago due to accidental drowning. Now, he is seen piecing his life back together and has recently revealed that he is finding moving on very difficult. His elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor’s first film Dhadak is all set to release this year and he is busy trying to make up for Sridevi’s presence in his daughters’ life. Speaking about this difficult phase he said that he is trying to be both a mother and a father to the children. He also said that since she was suddenly gone, these past months have been very difficult. Everything went on a freeze-pause in their lives. There were so many things left unsaid and undone but he is finally picking up the pieces again trying to put his life together for his kids’ sake. He revealed later that he has still not come to terms with Sridevi’s death and feels extremely empty.

Boney is making a biopic on Sridevi and has even registered three titles. He was present with his daughters in Delhi a few days ago to receive an award on behalf of Sri. She was awarded the best actress award for her smashing performance in Mom. On her passing away he had written in a press note, “To the world she was their Chandni… the actor par excellence… their Sridevi… but to me she was my love, my friend, mother to our girls… my partner. To our daughters, she was their everything… their life. She was the axis around which our family ran.”

At the time of this adversity, the entire Kapoor Clan stood by Boney and his daughters.
