Here's the first look of Race 3 song 'Selfish' written by Salman Khan

Salman Khan has added yet another feather to his cap. This time by turning lyricists for his upcoming action franchise Race 3. The actor has penned a song titled ‘Selfish’ for the film. The song is touted to be a soulful romantic track.

Interestingly, it is heard the conception of the song was an incidental one. It was during a creative brainstorming session where Salman penned the lyrics on a piece of paper. This led to music composer Vishal Mishra to add tunes to Salman’s soulful words.

‘Selfish’ comes next in line, after ‘Heeriye’, a dance number featuring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez. Announcing the new song on social media, actor Bobby Deol said, “Super excited for my first song in #Race3 with @BeingSalmanKhan and @Asli_Jacqueline! #Selfish releasing this Friday!

Mumbai Police SASS Daisy Shah as they promote cyber safety with her viral Race 3 dialogue, here’s how she reacts

So, Daisy Shah is a hoot! No one in their wildest dream would have thought that she would be the talking point after the Race 3 trailer released. While there was a mixed reaction over the trailer, it was Daisy Shah’s ‘Our business is our business, none of your business,’ dialogue which BROKE the internet in the most literal sense. So, what was her first reaction? She was enraged and in a fit of anger ranted on social media about the same. She wrote, “To all The people who think they are too smart. Create ur own identity 1st  n ‘GET A LIFE’, Wait! I am sure u don’t have any #patheticLosers” But let’s face it, any publicity is good publicity and Daisy seems to have learnt this real quick when her own mentor Salman Khan jumped on the bandwagon promoting the dialogue with a zangy video. Jacqueline Fernandez too did the same.

Now, the Mumbai Police’s super woke social media team has taken this viral meme into cognizance and they took to Twitter to write, “Mind your own data to make sure that no one else takes advantage of it to beat you in the #RaceOfSafety.” The Daisy meme says: My data is my data, none of your data. Well, the actress took to Twitter to congratulate the police and replied with a polite #TooGood retort. This is a classic case of make hay while sun shine and hey, we are not complaining. We are just waiting for other brands to jump on this train and well earn two minutes of fame with this viral content. Daisy has all the reason to celebrate, in our opinion.

Here’s what Parmanu star John Abraham had to say to Irfan Pathan about his friend Mahendra Singh Dhoni

John Abraham, not surprisingly is on a promotional spree for his forthcoming film Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran. The film, which has already faced immense delay, has finally hit the theatres today. But before that, the actor decided to visit the sets of Kent Cricket Live for a small chat session with cricketer Irfan Pathan.

Kent Cricket Live saw John Abraham bringing in some love for Chennai Super Kings and their skipper Mahindra Singh Dhoni aka Mahi to the pre-show of today’s VIVO IPL clash between – Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad. The segment was aired exclusively on the Star Sports Network on May 22 in the evening.

The segment was aired as part of the pre-show for the day’s VIVO IPL fixture and also featured Irfan Pathan and host Jatin Sapru as the trio discussed John’s passion for Chennai Super Kings and his long-standing brotherhood with Mahendra Singh Dhoni. “He’s really vicious on the field” said John, smirking mischievously.

The actor expressed his love for motorcycles and his thriving friendship with skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. In fact, John also shared an unusual experience that defines Dhoni’s Athleticism saying, “We once went to my office to get the bikes out and found that the watchman had fallen asleep and the main gate was locked. So, we both jumped from the side and went in. But when coming out we had to go over the gate. I don’t know how he did it but in a few jumps, he made it over the gate easily. I thought if Mahi can do it then so can I, so I ran and did the exact same thing and my pant got stuck in the gate and tore. Honestly, he’s really athletic.”

Fans also got an exclusive sneak peek into John’s upcoming movie Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran highlighting the defining nuclear tests in 1998 that made India a global superpower.

REVEALED: Aamir Khan WANTED to play Sanjay Dutt in Sanju but could not, here’s why

Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju will release next month and there is already a lot of buzz around the film, thanks to its controversial subject and the fact that it is about the real life story of the resident bad boy of Bollywood: Sanjay Dutt. It is common knowledge that Aamir Khan was approached to play Sunil Dutt, Sanju’s dad, but he turned it down. Aamir said that Rajkumar Hirani offered him a good role of the late actor politician and it had many layers as it traced a rather complicated relationship between the father and his prodigal son but the only character which totally excited him was Ranbir’s key role. After reading it, he told Hirani that if he does the movie, it would only be for the central character. The role, according to Aamir, was so well written that he was totally enamoured by it. Unfortunately, Raju Hirani could not offer Sanju’s role to Aamir because he had already signed Ranbir Kapoor for the same.

Aamir’s next movie is Thugs Of Hindostan which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles. It is an action adventure film based in pre-independence period and will showcase Aamir Khan has the ultimate Thug!

Here’s how Rishi Kapoor reacted to the trailer of his son Ranbir Kapoor’s film Sanju

Well, many films which feature Ranbir Kapoor as the leading man have been shown to Rishi Kapoor. The veteran actor, however, has never overtly praised his son’s work sticking to the fact that he has been one of the biggest critics of his son. However, we hear that the teaser of Sanju has left Kapoor senior heavily impressed.

For the uninitiated, the teaser of Sanju that released recently showcased the varied avatars sported by real life Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt in his life span. The film is expected to showcase his life until he was released from imprisonment. The said teaser of Sanju was welcomed with mixed reactions but if there was one factor that everyone agreed to was the striking resemblance.

Many accepted that Sanjay Dutt and Ranbir Kapoor had a striking similarity in the trailer and that the Kapoor lad imbibed Dutt’s behavior with aplomb. Similar was the opinion of Rishi Kapoor. He was not only impressed with his son’s homework on Sanjay Dutt but he was completely blown away with it. Furthermore, the veteran actor was shown some more glimpses of the film to get his opinion. Seeing it, Rishi Kapoor seems to have had a tear or two in his eyes, according to recent reports.

These reports also suggest that when Ranbir Kapoor was told about the reaction, he too got emotional after listening to his father’s reaction on the film. It is not a new fact that Ranbir Kapoor has always respected and admired his father’s work. He also considers his opinion on films as very integral and hence owing to the same, his reaction on Sanju left Ranbir overwhelmed.

Speaking on Sanju, it is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Fox Star Studios. It features an ensemble cast of Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal with Anushka Sharma in a cameo. It is slated to release on June 29.

WOAH! Priyanka Chopra says she was THROWN out of films and here’s why

She said that almost all directors she has worked are new directors. Her route is very different and it’s a personal journey. The films that she makes are important to her and she has a point of view that our entertainment has commercial value and it has a story.

She also said that when she joined films, she was already winner of a beauty pageant and still had it a little easy. She accepted that she was thrown out of the films because somebody else was recommended, who was somebody’s daughter. Therefore, she wanted to have an open house philosophy in her production house.
